The Bandra Magistrate Metropolitan Courtroom directed the Mumbai Police to register a grievance towards Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel for allegedly making an attempt to instigate communal rigidity. The courtroom directed the Mumbai Police to register an FIR towards the sisters on allegations leveled by a complainant, saying that they have been stirring up hatred amongst communities by way of their social media posts.
ANI reported: “Mumbai: Bandra Magistrate Metropolitan Courtroom orders registration of police grievance towards actor Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel on allegations of a complainant that they tried to create a divide between communities with social media posts.”
Metropolitan Justice of the Peace Jaydeo Khule stated in his order, “On prima facie perusal of grievance and submissions… I found the cognizable offence has been committed by the accused.
